Ultra-efficient open burners for the professional kitchen. Charvet attaches great importance to the quality of its components. As part of its on-going research programme, the company has developed a new generation of open burners in partnership with national French gas supplier Gaz de France. The performance of these burners, in terms of heat yield and smoothness of operation, is significantly superior to anything achieved before. Each burner is made up of two elements: a brass cap and a cast-iron body reinforced with anti-corrosion surface treatment. Both can be simply removed to make cleaning easier.
