>At Charvet, we manufacture custom made cooking equipment for the restaurant trade, and will soon be celebrating our one hundredth anniversary. Today, this tradition of craftsmanship continues in Charavines, the small town in the French Alps where Charvet is at home.

For restaurant professionals, award-winning chefs and industrial catering executives alike, Charvet is synonymous with quality and expertise. The sheer variety of its equipment and the solutions that the brand offers answer the specific needs of every establishment, irrespective of the number of place settings. These include large institutions, company restaurants, hotels, brasseries and gourmet restaurants. Essentially, Charvet offers two product lines.

  • Independent modules adapted to specific cooking methods (open burners, hobs, char grills, griddles, sauteuses, pans, etc.) that together form complete cooking suites for industrial catering and restaurants.
  • Bespoke cooking units. The ‘Virtuoses’, especially designed for gourmet restaurants.
