>At Charvet, we manufacture custom made cooking equipment for the restaurant trade, and will soon be celebrating our one hundredth anniversary. Today, this tradition of craftsmanship continues in Charavines, the small town in the French Alps where Charvet is at home.

Independent modules adapted to specific cooking methods (open burners, hobs, char grills, griddles, sauteuses, pans, etc.) that together form complete cooking suites for industrial catering and restaurants.

Bespoke cooking units. The ‘Virtuoses’, especially designed for gourmet restaurants.
